Terms and conditions for customers who send in their medals for assembly.

When you as a customer send your medals to EB Medaljservice AB for assembly, the following purchase terms apply:

  1. Receiving and inspection of packaging: All incoming goods are checked upon arrival. Any visible shipping damage or lost goods are reported directly to the customer. Make sure to send your medals well packaged so they are protected during transport.
  2. Responsibility for goods: We are responsible for the goods from the time we have confirmed receipt until the handling is complete and the goods are sent back or collected by you. During this time, the goods are stored with customary care. We send all goods traceably with PostNord for increased control of the transport to the customer. For higher values, we send it as REK.

     Limitation of liability: If the customer chooses to purchase their own shipping from us, we do not take responsibility for the transportation. However, we will package it according to routine so that the goods are protected.
  1. Handling and service: We perform the agreed service according to the description and quote. If further action is required, you will be contacted before the work is carried out.
  2. Payment terms: Payment must be made according to invoice, no later than 14 days after the printed invoice unless otherwise agreed. The invoice is enclosed in the shipment but can also be sent digitally by agreement. In the event of an unpaid invoice, a late fee may apply.
  3. Uncollected goods: Goods that are not collected according to PostNord's regulations will be returned to us. In this case, additional shipping costs may be charged to the customer.
  4. Complaints: We make sure that the customer is satisfied with the work we have done and if you are not, we ask that you contact us within 30 days immediately for action.
  5. Disputes: Any disputes will be settled according to Swedish law.
